LA TERMICA S.r.l. is a company specialized in civil works and in particular in technological systems (HVAC, DDC, Electrical, Intrusion Detection, CCTV, Fire Alarm and Fire Suppression), Plumbing and in general, air fluid treatment systems.

LA TERMICA S.r.l. is a company which has been working successfully in Italy and for the US Government for over 30 years, and is certain to guarantee to its customers the execution of any work order, one or more contemporarily, being able to design, manage and execute with its own organization and with the support of its designers and suppliers all the required activities.

LA TERMICA S.r.l. has been working for many years with the US Navy's Naval Support Activity; after being awarded and being the exclusive holder of Contract N33191-00-D-1059 – Indefinite Delivery Construction Contract (mad of 44 task orders), LA TERMICA S.r.l. is currently in charge for the difficult and demanding Contract N33191-03-D-0214 – Indefinite Delivery Construction Contract (to date made of 40 task orders) for which LA TERMICA S.r.l., considering the need to perform many works contemporarily, has created a dedicated organization.
All personnel involved in office and field activities, the managing staff, quality control organization, safety team and internal design team, are committed to the performance and success of the works.

Our ten-year collaboration with MB Michael-Bruno, LLC Design Studio has been positive. Together we have performed many complex Design-Build projects.

The LA TERMICA S.r.l. staff, besides having an excellent knowledge of the Italian and European Standards is also very familiar with US Standards such as NFPA, OSHA, ASTM, NEC, etc., applied many times in many task orders under the IDCC contract.
